HelleNET was launched in 2024 on the initiative of Valeria Annunziata.

HelleNET is a research network on the Hellenistic world, covering all subject areas, such as poetry, science, history, philology, archeology, epigraphy, numismatics, etc. 

The network is meant to bring together early career researchers (PhD students and postdocs) who are working on the Hellenistic world and to share the insights of their research; our team is made up of representatives from many countries in the world (Austria, Canada, China, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, UK, USA, Spain, Switzerland etc.)

HelleNET seeks to foster the emergence of an international and interdisciplinary community engaged with Hellenistic studies broadly as well as to provide a forum for dialogues with established scholars.

It will also feature a series of seminars on a broad range of topics related to the Hellenistic age.
