My current doctoral research fall within the general area of ​​classical studies and historical perspectives, with special emphasis on historical contextualization, analysis, translation, and commentary of a group of texts related to the Hellenistic epigrammatic tradition, containing a series of testimonies related to the life of Euripides. The overall aim of my research is to contribute to the field of ancient biographical literature studies with a particular focus on the preserved Hellenistic sources that provide information about the life of the mentioned tragic poet.

• Religious aspects of ancient funerary literature.

• Reception and canonization of the classical legacy.

• Biographical narratives about the death and sacralization of classical Greco-Roman poets.
