My PhD research project aims to provide the first comprehensive commentary on Callimachus' Iambi, accompanied by a new critical edition of the text.
Among the literary works of Callimachus, the Iambi have been generally overlooked by scholars and still lack a complete commentary on the entire collection. My project seeks to fill this significant gap in Callimachean studies by offering the first full commentary on the Iambi, approached from various perspectives, including literary-philological analysis, linguistics, narratology, gender/queer studies, relationship between text and imagery, reception studies, intertextuality, and more.

My research interests include Hellenistic literature, Greek iambography, Greek literary papyrology and Greek metrics.
I have worked on Greek literary texts on papyri (Sappho, Posidippus, Callimachus) and choral songs from Attic drama (Aristophanes, Sophocles, Euripides).
Additionally, my research spans several approaches and fields of study, including classical reception, gender/queer studies, critical theory, narratology, intertextuality and more.
